Description

Pursuant to Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 13.5— Simplified Procedures for Certain Commercial Products and Commercial Services, the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency (OCC) is releasing this request for quotation (RFQ), i.e., solicitationin an effort to procure OCC Hotel Occupancy for Conferencing and Lodging (HOCL) Support to the Uniform Commission Examination (UCE) Program

As a reminder, Quoters must comply with the base rate and fringe benefit rate requirements of the prevailing Wage Determinations, where applicable, as proposed.  Should the best suited Quoter be an OTSB (i.e., Large Business), it will be required to submit a Commercial Plan in lieu of a Subcontracting Plan.  The best suited Quoter will need to confirm at time of notice to participate in Factor 5 (Site Visit) whether complimentary rooms will be provided for the 1-night stay. 

No electronic copies of the RFQ or applicable attachments will be emailed.   

The resulting contract type will be firm-fixed-price (and firm-fixed-unit-price for unknown optional quantities) for a period of 5 years, including a 6-month base period, four 12-month option periods, and a 6-month option period, having an ultimate completion date of May 2031, should all option periods be exercised.

Questions and/or comments in response to this solicitation must be submitted via email (to Anethra.Facione@occ.treas.gov) by 12:00 PM ET on Tuesday, April 7, 2026. 

Quotation packages in response to the HOCL Support RFQ must be submitted via email (to Anethra.Facione@occ.treas.gov) by 12:00 PM ET on Friday, April 17, 2026 in order to be considered responsive.
