Description
The Kentucky Army National Guard (NGKY) intends to issue a solicitation on or around 17 April 2026, with the intent to award a single Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) contract for Kentucky 201st EN BN Yellow Ribbon Program Lodging and Catering.
This announcement is for a competitive Total Small Business Set Aside in accordance with RFO FAR Part 12 Acquisition of Commercial Products and Commercial Services) and RFO FAR Part 19 (Small Business). A detailed description of the work will be provided in the Performance Work Statement (PWS) included in the forthcoming solicitation. The period of performance will be from 28 May 2026 to 29 May 2026, event location is Boyd Convention and Arts Center, 15605 State Route 180, Catlettsburg, KY 41129.
The acquisition will be solicited as a competitive Total Small Business Set-Aside. The Government will only consider proposals from eligible Small Business concerns. Any proposals received from firms that are not certified Small Business Concerns at the time of proposal submission will not be considered for award.
Any contractor not registered in SPRS will be considered non-compliant and will not be considered for award.
A formal solicitation will be issued on or around 17 April 2026. The solicitation and any subsequent amendments will be posted on SAM.gov through PIEE.
