Description

The Department of Justice, Justice Management Division, intends to procure on a sole source basis an online enterprise subscription to Capitol Forum, via internet access. The product provides authoritative information and reporting regarding antitrust policy and enforcement, merger control, and corporate investigations. Due to the proprietary nature of this publication, DBW Partners, LLC. is the only known source for this information. The statutory authority for the proposed procurement is 41 U.S.C. 253(c)(1), only one responsible source. Contractors must be fully and actively registered in the System for Award Management (SAM.gov). The solicitation will not be distributed on the General Services Administration website (https://sam.gov/). This is not a formal solicitation, however, interested concerns must respond within fifteen (15) days from the date of this synopsis with complete details of your company’s product that clearly and sufficiently demonstrates that it is an equivalent product to the one stated above. Responses received because of this notice of intent shall be considered solely for determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. Responses will not be considered as either bids or proposals. A determination by the Government not to open this requirement to competition based upon the written responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. The anticipated period of performance under any resultant purchase orders will be one (1) year. Responses to this notice must be submitted to marla.chesler@usdoj.gov. No telephone responses will be accepted.
