Description
The Alaska Army National Guard (AKARNG) requires a complete, turn-key postage metering and reporting system. The system must provide the capabilities to weigh mail, print postage, and generate detailed reports. The preferred reporting system will be a web-based format that aggregates all required information, including the weight of outgoing mail in pounds and ounces, the number of outgoing pieces, and monthly totals of postage costs.
Device relocation may be required during the life of the contract as determined necessary by the Government. However, any relocation will require prior approval and coordination with the Contracting Office.
The intention is to award a Firm-Fixed-Price contract for a base year with four (4) one-year option periods.
Minimum Requirements
The postage metering and reporting system shall be capable of the following:

Functionality Must be capable of weighing mail and printing postage
Network Certification Must have a Certificate of Networthiness (CoN) for DoD networks.
