DLA MARITIME PUGET SOUND intends to procure DISPOSAL CONTAINERS.

1. Three (3) SE, Pre Containers.
2. Thirty-Six (36) EA, Large SBD Container,
   • MANUFACTURE PER DWG 2370-2202 REV. F
   • PERFORM PROOF TEST PER DWG 2301-3411 REV. F
3. Twelve (12) EA, Small SBDC Container,
   • MANUFACTURE PER DWG 2370-2203 REV. F
   • PERFORM PROOF TEST PER DWG 2301-3411 REV. F
4. Three (3) EA, CDC Container

• MANUFACTURE PER DWG 2370-2241 REV. D
• PERFORM PROOF TEST PER DWG 2301-3411 REV. F

        5. Three (3) EA, TB Container

• MANUFACTURE PER DWG 2301-3289 REV. N
• PERFORM PROOF TEST PER DWG 2301-3411 REV. F
• SUPPLY NOTE: DO NOT MANUFACTURE TEMP COVER ASSEMBLIES (PC 8, 9, & 10) SHOWN IN VIEW 11A OF DWG 2301-3289.

It is anticipated that the solicitation will be issued as 100% Small Business using commercial and simplified acquisition procedures in accordance with FAR Parts 12 and 13.5. The applicable NAICS code is 332439. The resultant award will be a Fixed price supply contract for FOB Destination delivery to Puget Sound Naval Shipyard to 1400 Farragut Avenue, building 514, Bremerton, WA 98314.

Offers wishing to submit a quote are responsible for downloading their own copy of the RFQ and for frequently monitoring the site for any amendments. The solicitation number for this requirement will be SPMYM226Q5194.

It is anticipated that the solicitation will be available for download on or around JAN 28, 2026 09 AM. The estimated closing date of the solicitation will be JAN 30, 2026, at 09 AM Pacific Time unless a later date is specified in the solicitation.

The RFQ will be posted at sam.gov. A list of bidders will not be maintained by this office, no telephone or fax requests for the RFQ package will be accepted. Failure to respond to the electronically posted RFQ and associated amendments and return the entire completed RFQ solicitation package prior to the date and time set for receipt of quotes may render vendor offer non-responsive and result in rejection of the same. Only fully completed quotes submitted with completed and signed solicitation, name & country of the manufacture, lead time for delivery (please quote with FOB destination price) will be considered.
