MHAFB is gauging the interest of total small business set aside with further potential set aside into socioeconomic categorys.
Contracting is requiring the removal of two boilers, one located in Bldg. 2310 and the other in Bldg. 1610 and replaced with new units. The following work shall be IAW with manufacture instructions in conjunction with the SOW.
The contractor shall furnish and install two Lochinvar boilers or equal with the following required features to replace existing equipment. The minimum salient characteristics of the boiler are as follows.

- Bldg. 2310 Lochinvar KnightXL Model KBX-1000N-M13 (1 EA) or equal.
- Bldg. 1610 Lochinvar KnightXL Model KBX-0400N (1 EA) or equal.
- Minimum 7” touchscreen LCD display
- 97% Thermal Efficiency
- Flow Switch
- Condensate trap Neutralizer
- 10:1 Turndown Modulating burner
All IAW the statement of work (SOW).
The magnitude of this project is between $ 25,000 to $100,000.
