This notice is an informational Pre-solicitation notice only. It is not a solicitation and does not request quotes at this time.
The U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) intends to issue a BPA Call for Conference Support Assistant and Travel Services. The intended sources are existing BPA holders under which multiple BPAs were awarded: 1232SA23A0003, 1232SA23A0004, and 1232SA23A0005.
A Request for Quote (RFQ) will be issued to these BPA holders ONLY. Award will be made to the BPA contract holder that provides the Lowest Priced Technically Acceptable response to the Government for these services.
Description of Services
USDA requires a Conference Support Assistant and Travel Services to Support ARS, AFM, FMAD Travel Policy and Systems Branch (TPSB). The contractor is responsible for preparing and reviewing conference packages, assisting with REE Annual Conference planning and reporting, and providing excellent customer service.
