solicitation is released to public, on or around the estimated date listed
below. An active DD Form 2345, Militarily Critical Technical Data
Agreement, must be provided in order to receive all technical data. **

SAM Notice: In order to be eligible for award, the successful offeror's
System for Award Management (SAM) Registration must be active and
include representations and certifications.
Location of Posted Solicitation: This solicitation will be issued
electronically, therefore hardcopies will not be provided. Upon release of
the solicitation, it will be available on SAM.gov Opportunities website at
https://sam.gov/content/home and will be listed under Army Contracting
Command ACC-WVA (ACCWVA).
CAUTION: This solicitation will be issued electronically as will any
amendments thereto. Because of this, the Government is under no
obligation and is in fact unable to maintain a bidder’s mailing list. It is
therefore incumbent upon any interested parties to periodically access the

issued. Failure to obtain any said amendments and to respond to them
prior to the date and time set for receipt of offers may render your offer

United States/Canada Joint Certification Office, have an active DD2345 and
have a valid requirement may have a copy of the solicitation document and

Requests for technical data from foreign sources or representatives (other
than Canada) will not be considered.
