Description
The U.S. Department of Homeland Security (DHS), Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE), Office of Acquisition Management (OAQ) on behalf of Homeland Security Investigations (HSI) Cyber Crimes Center (C3), intends to solicit from a single source under the authority of FAR 6.103-1(b) to TRM Labs, Inc. for TRM forensic software and support services to assist in criminal investigations. The resultant contract action will be a modification to raise the ceiling on an existing single-award Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract (70CMSD22D00000002), which was awarded to TRM Labs.
The Contracting Officer has determined that the circumstances of the contract action deem only one source reasonably available based on the capabilities of the source. This notice is for informational purposes only and is not a request for quote (RFQ). A determination not to compete this proposed contract based on this notice is within the discretion of the government Contracting Officer.
