Description

***20 FEBRUARY 2026 UPDATE***:
The Call for Solution has been amended with the following:

  1. The Questions and Answers document has been provided in the Attachments section below.
  2. A revised Call For Solution document (dated 20 FEB 2026) is uploaded Attachments section, to replace the original document. Only Sections 6.1.(f) and 6.1.2(d) regarding Intellectual Property have been revised. All other sections remain the same.

All other details, including the solution brief submission date, remain unchanged.

***06 FEBRUARY 2026 UPDATE***:
ACC-APG DC3oE has made the following minor updates:

  1. An "Appendix A" template has been added to the Attachments section below.
  2. A link to the main AOS SAM.gov posting has been added to the Links section below.

All other details, including question and solution brief submission dates, remain unchanged.

To ensure you receive timely notifications of all amendments and updates to this posting, we strongly encourage all interested parties to use the "Follow" feature within SAM.gov. To do so:

  1. Log in to your SAM.gov account.
  2. Navigate to this notice page.
  3. In the upper-right corner of the page, click the "..." (three dots) button.
  4. From the dropdown menu, select "Follow".

Why this is important:

  • Notification: Once you follow this notice, SAM.gov will automatically send an email to your account whenever it is amended or updated.
  • Correct Links: Each update to a SAM.gov posting generates a new, unique web link. Bookmarking a page or using an old link will take you to an outdated version. The email notification you receive from following the notice will always contain a direct link to the latest version.
  • Verification: The upper right corner of a posting shows a "Version" box, however it always displays "Current Record" regardless of what version you are viewing. You must manually check the version dates using the dropdown. Following a posting and using the emailed link ensures you are viewing the latest version, and avoids having to manually verify.

30 JANUARY 2025 CALL FOR SOLUTION:
The Army Contracting Command – Aberdeen Proving Ground (ACC-APG), Digital Capabilities Contracting Center of Excellence (DC3oE), on behalf of the Assistant Secretary of the Army for Acquisition, Logistics, and Technology [ASA(ALT)], Chief Automation and Data Integration Office (CADIO), is seeking innovative solutions to modernize the Army's Acquisition Data Nexus (ADN).

The ADN requirement addresses the Army's need to streamline and automate the integration, routing, and normalization of acquisition data across multiple disconnected systems, such as PMRT, VCE, and ACWS. Currently, acquisition professionals rely on manual processes to manage data, which leads to inefficiencies, inconsistent data, and delays in decision-making. The ADN initiative seeks to establish a secure, enterprise-wide data brokerage layer that simplifies data exchange, enforces standardization, and supports tailored workflows for Portfolio Acquisition Executives (PAEs) and their teams, enabling faster and more accurate decision-making across the Army acquisition enterprise. Complementing this backbone, an application and automation layer will provide intuitive tools for PAEs to define their unique business workflows and automate portfolio-specific tasks.

The Call for Solution document (.pdf), outlining the full problem statement, required solution attributes, submission requirements, and evaluation phases can be found in the "Attachments" section below.

Please advise the Contracting Office as soon as possible via the Microsoft Forms link if your organization intends to submit a Solution Brief in response to this Call for Solution. The Forms link can be found in the “Links” section below.
