Description
409th Contracting Command, 928th Contracting Battalion (CBN) / Regional Contracting Office Bavaria (RCO) issuing a solicitation to award a commercial, Single Award, Hybrid Requirements (Firm Fixed Price (FFP)/Labor Hour (LH)/Time & Material (T&M)), Indefinite Delivery Type (IDT) contract for the Maintenance, Repair and Safety Inspection of Door Systems (Manual and Power Operated Sectional Doors, Automatic Doors, Rolling Grill, Power Operated Side Sliding doors and Gates) at USAG Bavaria Military Communities (Grafenwoehr, Vilseck, Hohenfels and Garmisch) in Germany.
This requirement will utilize low price technically acceptable evaluation factors in determining the successful offer.
The Period of Performance is expected to start 1 August 2026 and includes a one (1) year Base Period with two (2) one-year Option Periods IAW FAR Clause 52.217-9 (Option to Extend the Term of the Contract).
All Amendments to the Solicitation will be posted to this website. Contractors are cautioned to check the website periodically for amendment. Solicitation mailing lists will not be compiled and the RFQ and amendments will not be sent out in paper copy. All documentation can and must be downloaded from the website above.
