The Naval Information Warfare Center, Pacific (NIWC Pacific) hereby publicizes its intention to solicit, negotiate, and award a commercial, Firm-Fixed-Price purchase order on a noncompetitive basis to Ignite Digital Services, LLC. (CAGE Code 4BEG6) located at 4960 N Harbor DR STE 101, San Diego, CA, 92106-2369. The requirement is for the purchase of Snowflake Cloud Data Warehouse (P/N SNOW-DCS-Tier-4) and Embedded Solutions Engineer Services supporting 6 milestones. Please see attachment for full details. The Government intends to negotiate solely with Ignite Digital Services, LLC. under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b), only one source capable of meeting the Government requirement. The applicable NAICS code is 518210, Computing Infrastructure Providers, Data Processing, Web Hosting, and Related Services and the business size standard is $40,000,000.This notice is not a request for competitive quotes; however, interested parties may identify their interest and capabilities in response to this notice, and must clearly show the ability of the firm to be responsive without compromising quality, accuracy, and reliability. Capability statements, comments, questions, or concerns regarding this notice shall be submitted via e-mail. A determination by the Government not to compete the requirement based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
