The NATO Communications and Information Agency (NCIA) intends to issue a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for the Operations and Maintenance of a NATO Biometrics Identity Intelligence Capability for Kosovo Force (KFOR).

SUMMARY OF REQUIREMENT
The purpose of this RFQ is to establish a Contract for the provision of a NATO Biometrics Identity Intelligence Capability for KFOR. The scope of work is twofold, as follows:
1) Provide O&M services to all biometric equipment for KFOR J2X Vetting Team, ensuring system availability, security and continued evolution in line with emerging operational and training requirements.
2) Provide specialized training on the use of the delivered equipment as well as on awareness training for technical exploitation purposes in line with operational challenges identified in the KFOR AOO.

A Declaration of Eligibility (DOE) is NOT required for participation in RFQ-CO-424345-NBIIC.
