Eielson AFB in Alaska has a requirement for Grounds Maintenance Services. The contractors shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, vehicles, supervision, and other items and services necessary in compliance with applicable federal, regional, state, and local laws and commercial standards.
This acquisition will utilize full and open competition under the NAICS code of 561730 Landscaping Services, with a small business size standard of $9.5M and PSC S208- Housekeeping, Landscaping, and Groundskeeping services. The Request for Proposals (RFP) number FA500426R0003 FY26 Grounds Maintenance Services for the 354 Civil Engineer Squadron (354 CES) shall be used to reference any written offer provided under this RFP. All prospective offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) at www.sam.gov . Lack of SAM registration will make an offeror ineligible for award.
Intersted offerors shall review all attachments and provide a proposal in accordance with all intructions on or before 24 February 2026 at 10:00am AKST
