Description
This is a combined synopsis solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 13.5, Subpart 12.6, and Subpart 13.303-2 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice.
Pricing for required oils and greases shall be provided via Attachment 2 – Oils and Greases Price List. The Quoter agrees to hold the prices in its proposal firm for 90 calendar days from the date specified for receipt of quotation unless another time period is specified in an addendum to the RFQ.
This is a small business set-aside solicitation to award a single Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA). It is anticipated that the BEP will issue a BPA from the effective date of the agreement for a total of 60 months. The delivery schedule will consist of five (5) years or when the BPA ceiling is reached, whichever occurs first.
Questions regarding this RFQ shall be submitted to Jason Roberts via e-mail at jason.roberts@bep.gov by no later than 5:00 P.M. Eastern Standard Time (EST), 23 January 2026. The Quoter shall note in the email subject line “2031ZA26Q00036 Request for Clarification.”
