Description
The Defense Health Agency (DHA) is in the acquisition planning phase for the next generation TRICARE Pharmacy Program (TPharm6) contract. These draft documents are provided for industry’s feedback and refinement. The Government invites qualified vendors to submit feedback and questions on the following draft documents:
- Section C, Statement of Work
- Section H, Special Contract Requirements
The DHA will facilitate one-on-one meetings with industry to gather additional feedback and answer questions related to the draft documents in the summer of 2026. Please follow the instructions below to request a one-on-one meeting and to submit questions, comments, or general feedback.

Comments and questions specific to Section C and Section H must be submitted no later than May 11, 2026 at 12:00PM Mountain Time to dha.buckley.AD-SPT-CAE.mbx.tpharm6@health.mil. Include in the email subject line the following: Your Company Name and Draft Documents Response.
One-On-One Meetings: Requests for a one-on-one meeting with the DHA related to TPharm6 can be made using the link - https://forms.osi.apps.mil/r/zBn9EyRm0g. The request for one-on-one meeting attendance must be submitted no later than May 11, 2026 at 12:00PM Mountain Time.
