THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE ONLY. This is not a solicitation for bids, proposals, proposal abstracts, or quotations. The purpose of this Sources Sought Notice is to obtain information regarding the availability and capability of all qualified sources to fulfill a potential requirement. The responses received from interested contractors will assist the Government in determining the appropriate acquisition method. The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), NCO 08- is conducting a market research survey to identify potential qualified sources capable of providing roof cleaning and minor repairs at a firm-fixed-price for the Lee County VA Medical Clinic for a period of performance of a base plus 4 option years. The cleaning and minor repair of the existing 92,000 square feet roofing system at the Lee County VA Medical Clinic every 6 months/twice a year. Responses are due to Angel Garay at angel.garay@va.gov by 10:00AM (EST) on Friday, April 10, 2025. No submissions will be accepted after this date and time. This is a Sources Sought Notice and submissions will be used for informational and planning purposes only. Respondents are solely responsible for all expenses associated with responding to this RFI.
