USCG CORDOVA HOUSING GARAGE DOOR REPLACEMENT AND MAINTENANCE

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with FAR Part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Quotes are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued.

Solicitation number 70Z04526-Q-KODI0018 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ) for USCG Cordova Housing Garage Door replacement and maintenance. The NAICS Code is 238220 with a small business size standard of $22M per annum.

USCG Base Kodiak has a requirement for Garage door replacement and maintenance at the USCG Cordova Housing, Cordova, AK 99574, in accordance with the attached Statement of Work (SOW). Offeror shall provide a firm-fixed price to perform the entire effort identified in the SOW.

Performance must be completed within 90 days after the notice to proceed is issued, unless otherwise negotiated. Funds are not presently available for this contract. The Government’s obligation under this contract is contingent upon the availability of appropriated funds from which payment for contract purposes can be made. No legal liability on the part of the Government for any payment may arise until funds are made available to the Contracting Officer for this contract and until the Contractor receives notice of such availability, to be confirmed in writing by the Contracting Officer.
