Description

Purpose: The United States Air Force (USAF) is issuing this DRAFT Request for Proposal (RFP) and Fair Opportunity Proposal Request (FOPR) to provide industry with an opportunity to provide questions, comments, and concerns on draft requirement documents. Any vendors requesting access to CUI documents will be vetted through ESS security office prior to receiving approval. Questions and comments will be addressed after close of SAM posting by an amendment to this post.

All interested and qualified Small businesses are encouraged to respond to this notice in accordance with the instructions addressed herein.

Instructions: Your submission should be organized in accordance with the instructions in this document to permit a thorough and accurate review and evaluation by the USAF.
