NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD SOLE SOURCE. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS.
This is a notice of intent to solicit and award to a single source under statutory authority 41 U.S.C. 1901 set forth in Federal Acquisition Regulation 13.106 (b)(1), Contracting officers may solicit from one source if the contracting officer determines that the circumstances of the contract action deem only one source reasonably available(e.g., urgency, exclusive licensing agreements, brand-name or industrial mobilization.
The Government intends to solicit and award a sole source contract for supplies related to Maxwell Leadership Training to Maxwell Leadership, Inc. 2055 Sugarloaf Circle, Suite 100 Duluth, Georgia 30097.
A sole source justification has been prepared and approved by SBA.
