The AFTC Contracting Directorate, Edwards AFB, CA is seeking proposals from qualified contractors to provide Materiel Management Operations (MMO) services.

General Description:

The contractor shall furnish all labor, supervision, facilities, vehicles, transportation, equipment, supplies, tools, materials, and other items and nonpersonal services (except those identified as Government-furnished) to perform MMO services as defined in the Performance Work Statement.

Offerors must submit proposals electronically via email in accordance with the instructions provided in the RFP package. All questions must be submitted in writing to amanda.tate@us.af.mil and norman.mackie.1@us.af.mil  no later than 27 March 2026 @ 11:00 AM PDT.

OFFER AFFORDABILITY: The Government seeks proposals with a total price less than $25M. Offerors should not interpret this figure as a ceiling (or as a floor) on offers; rather, this information is provided as a courtesy to prospective offerors. The Government may select an offer for award with a price below, at, or exceeding this figure if it finds that offer provides the best value and funds are available.

FAR 52.232-18 Availability of Funds (Apr 1984)

Funds are not presently available for this contract. The Government's obligation under this contract is contingent upon the availability of appropriated funds from which payment for contract purposes can be made. No legal liability on the part of the Government for any payment may arise until funds are made available to the Contracting Officer for this contract and until the Contractor receives notice of such availability, to be confirmed in writing by the Contracting Officer.
