Description
The Mission and Installation Contracting Command – Installation Readiness Center (MICC-IRC) has a requirement from the Directorate of Public Works (DPW) at Fort Stewart and Hunter Army Air Field (HAAF), Georgia to select a contractor to provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials and supervision required to support sustainment, renovation and modernization construction services to installation facilities and components throughout the US Army’s Fort Stewart and Hunter Amy Air Field (HAAF) area in the state of Georgia. This overall goal of this contract is to provide the Garrison Commander and the DPW the capability to provide timely and quality sustainment, renovation and modernization construction support services for the facilities and components which support Ft. Stewart and Hunter Army Airfield.
Work to be performed will be within the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code 236220; Product Service Code (PSC) Z2JZ, Repair of Alteration of Miscellaneous Buildings with a small business size standard of $45 million.
Contract Type: This requirement will be awarded as a Single Award Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (SAIDIQ), firm fixed-price (FFP) contract.
Competition Status: This solicitation will be a 100% HUBZone Small Business Set-Aside.
