Request for Information (Sources Sought)

The information requested by the Request for Information (RFI) is for market research and acquisition planning only; responses are voluntary and will not be reimbursed. This notice is NOT a solicitation for offers. No offers will be considered or accepted in response to this notice. Nothing in this notice shall be considered to have obligated the Government to any agreement or expenditure of appropriated funds.

The 366ᵗʰ Contracting Squadron (366 CONS) at Mountain Home Air Force Base (MHAFB), Elmore County, Idaho, is seeking responsible and eligible small businesses to complete electrical repairs to the AAFES fuel station located on MHAFB. Current system components are Veeder-Root and must be repaired, calibrated, and certified by a Veeder-Root certified technician per state UST regulations. Disclosure of Magnitude: Less than $25K with 10 day period of performance. Orders will be firm-fixed-price. The following information is requested from responsible, qualified, firms in one (1) response and include the following information:

  • Firm's name and SAM.gov Unique Entity ID, address, primary point of contact, phone number, and email address.
  • Firm's expressed interest in competing for the requirement.
  • Firm's statement describing its past performance, technical experience and manufacturer qualifications, and capability/capacity to self-perform and manage trade specialty subcontractors for this type of contract. 

All interested firms must be registered in SAM (www.sam.gov) to be eligible for award of Government contracts.
