Description
SEEKING SOURCES ONLY
Seeking sources for qualified, interested vendors to supply wooden tooling boxes for use in aircraft tools and parts storage. Boxes must be made to military specification and meet all Salient Characteristics and material requirements. Specification sheet attached to this notice is for reference only. Vendors will be required to provide an original drawing with specification sheet which demonstrates an understanding of the requirement and capability to perform according to technical orders.
The Government intends to award a Blanket Purchase Agreement(s) to the responsible vendor(s) who can demonstrate an ability to supply the requested product within the delivery period requirement. Initial delivery will be a quantity of ten (10) boxes within the first 21 days after award. Additional call orders may be placed at least every 30 days. This agreement is anticipated to be a 5-year agreement for a quantity Not To Exceed 5,000 for the total agreement ordering term.
Qualified vendors may express interest by submitting the following:
1. A capabilities narrative, not to exceed 3 pages,
2. Drawing indicating an understanding of the requirement
3. Price estimates for market research purposes only, official quotes not requested at this time
All documents should be submitted to the Contracting Officer, Patricia Murray, via email not later than 8:00AM MST on Thursday, 12 February 2026.
