This is a Synopsis as required by the Small Business Act (15 U.S.C. 637(e)) and the office of Federal Procurement Policy Act (41 U.S.C. 416) and fulfills the synopsis and advertising requirements prescribed in FAR Part 5-Publicizing Contract Actions.
The solicitation will consist of one National Stock Number (NSN): 3950-01-573-9009.
This item is proprietary to Oshkosh Defense, LLC (CAGE:75Q65) (Part Number:1HA58). Adequate data for the evaluation of alternate offers is not available at the procurement agency. The offeror must provide a complete data package including data from the approved and alternate part for evaluation. The solicitation issue date will be on or around March 12th, 2026.
The solicitation will not be Set Aside for Small Business, and will utilize Other than Full and Open Competition procedures. This notice does not authorize delivery of any material. The Government plans to award a Firm-Fixed Price, Definite Quantity Contract for a quantity of 50 each. Only Freight on Board (F.O.B.) Origin pricing will be accepted.
FAR Part 13.5, Simplified Acquisition Procedures will be utilized.
This synopsis should NOT be considered a Request for Proposal (RFP), Request for Quote (RFQ), or an Invitation for Bid (IFB). The Government is in no way obligated to purchase any material as a result of this notice.
