Background: The Government is conducting market research to identify companies as potential sources that may possess the expertise, capabilities, and experience to respond to the requirements competently and competitively. The contractor shall provide all management, tools, supplies, equipment, parts and labor necessary to maintain, repair, and inspect the real property of Vehicle crash-beam and wedge barriers, tire killer, bollards, arm barriers, quick folding and sliding gates in the Kaiserslautern Military Community (KMC), Ramstein Air Base (TYFR), Ramstein Air Base-Construction & Training Squadron (MTMC), Kaiserslautern-Vogelweh (YANB), Kaiserslautern-Einsiedlerhof (TYFT) and Kaiserslautern-Kapaun Air Station (TYFU) in a manner that will ensure continuous and safe operation. Services are to be performed in accordance with all applicable German local, state, and federal standards, codes, laws, manufacturer recommendations and all required safety regulations. The most stringent of these shall apply. Manufacturer training certificates are not required to perform services under this contract unless required by German law/regulation. Please See attached PWS
