This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for non-commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Part 36, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested, and no other written solicitation will not be issued.

The United States Coast Guard is seeking quotations from qualified electrical contractors for Shore-Side electrical construction in support of USCG Cutter WYACONDA located in Dubuque IOWA. The scope of work includes furnishing all labor, materials, equipment, supervision, testing and documentation necessary to install a three-phase buck/boost transformer between the utility metering point and the shore tie receptacle. The contractor shall coordinate with the Coast Guard.

Site Visit. Offerors or quoters are urged and expected to inspect the site where services are to be performed and to satisfy themselves regarding all general and local conditions that may affect the cost of contract performance, to the extent that the information is reasonably obtainable.
