Description
Red River Army Depot (RRAD) is seeking potential manufacturers to manufacture and supply T-161 Pad Plate Assembly in accordance with TACOM drawing 12496786 Rev A.
RRAD will use the plates for their rubber pad manufacturing process.
Interested offers should review the Solicitation Package in its entirety.
All pad plate assemblies shall be manufactured IAW TACOM drawing 12496786 Rev A. TDP will be posted on sam.gov, and access will be controlled. All offeror’s interested to access the TDP shall have a current sam.gov registration AND DD 2345, “Military Critical Technical Data Agreement” certification on file with the Defense Logistics Information Service (DLIS). To obtain certification, contractors must submit a DD Form 2345 to the United States (U.S.)/Canada Joint Certification Office (JCO), along with a copy of supporting documentation. DD Form 2345 and instructions can be found on the Joint Certification Program website at:

TDP will be posted and restricted on sam.gov. Interested offeror’s shall request access to the TDP through sam.gov. The Contract Specialist (CS) will verify an active sam.gov registration and an approved DD 2345 certification. Upon confirmation, the CS will release the TDP to the offeror.
