This is a pre-solicitation notice for the upcoming Multiple Award Task Order Contract (MATOC) for GUAM/JRM (A-E) Services. The Government's intent is to establish a $930 Million IDIQ contract; each basic IDIQ contract within the MATOC will have a maximum ordering period of ten years comprised of One (1) three-year base period, with One (1) three-year option period and two (2) 2-year option periods for A-E Title I and Title II services in support of FSRM and MILCON projects. This action is a Small Business Set-Aside, with a HUBZone reserve of two (2) firms under NAICS 541330 ($25.5M size standard). A DRAFT Synopsis containing detailed information on the scope, submission requirements, and evaluation criteria is attached to this notice for industry review and planning.
