This RFP was amended 01/13/2026 to provide administrative changes to add the NGAGE List of Fill-In Clauses and Provisions attachment and update Section M to include a reference in section 5 to the NGAGE List of Fill-In Clauses and Provisions attachment. We have also updated the RFIs and Responses document to include all questions and answers on the NGAGE RFP so far.

(This is the official soliciation/ Request for Proposal for NGAGE) This RFP was amended 1/5/26 to update administrative changes to include attachment numbering and add an attachment for price sheet and POC list.
The purpose of this request for proposal (RFP) is to establish the Next Generation Aerospace Ground Equipment (NGAGE) Multiple Award Contract (MAC) Indefinite Delivery-Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract for the Agile Combat Support (ACS) Aerospace Ground Equipment (AGE) section within Support Equipment &Vehicles(SE&V). If all options are excercised, this contract will be for a period of 10 years for the SEV division located at Robins AFB,GA. This RFP is intended to establish solid awardee base comprised of large and small business to meet commercial and non-commercial requirements.
