Description
NOTICE: This is not a solicitation but rather a Pre-Solicitation Synopsis in support of the CAD/PAD program office. The estimated award date is approximately Sept 2026. The requirement is NOT set-aside for small businesses. This will be sole source to Rockwell Collins; CAGE Code: 13499. The proposed solicitation is anticipated to be made available through the Government wide Point of Entry (GPE) < https://www.sam.gov >, on approximately March 02, 2026.
