Description
This is a non-personal services contract to provide inventory management and stock replenishment for shop consumable parts, as identified, located at seven Massachusetts Army National Guard (MAARNG) Surface Equipment Maintenance Facilities (SEMF) located in Westfield, Worcester, Reading, Brockton, Framingham, Devens, and Joint Base Cape Cod (JBCC) sites; and two MAARNG Army Aviation Support Facilities (AASF) located at JBCC and Westfield. The Government shall not exercise any supervision or control over the contract service providers performing the services herein. Such contract service providers shall be accountable solely to the Contractor who, in turn is responsible to the Government.
The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to perform inventory management and consumable parts replenishment as defined in this Performance Work Statement, except for those items specified as government furnished property and services. The contractor shall perform to the standards in this contract. At time of award and throughout the duration of this contract, the Contractor shall assure that Contractor personnel completely understand the requirements of this PWS. Service technicians should have a sound mechanical aptitude, ability, and an extensive working knowledge of managing inventory, replenishing consumable bench stock, projecting consumption rates, and providing stock for a wide variety of consumable parts. A sample parts listing is attached to this PWS which is not all-inclusive but is representative of the types of products to be supplied to the facilities.
