Description

This requirement is being solicited on an Other than Full and Open basis.  The Government intends to negotiate directly with Only One Source under the authority at FAR Subpart 13.106-1(b) in accordance with 41 U.S.C. 1901. DCSO-P New Cumberland has a requirement for an up to 6-month continued lease of 81 ONE-Net Multi-Functional Devices (MFDs) with associated maintenance services and supplies (excluding paper) for OCONUS – Bahrain until devices under the already awarded follow-on contract can be delivered and installed, anticipated to be no later than 08/30/2026. The Government does not own the 81 MFDs that are currently in place and included in this short-term acquisition. Reference Attachment 1 – Statement of Work and Attachment 2 – Device List Locations.
