Solicitation Number: W9127826RA010 Cultural Resources Inspection Services IDIQ for the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Mobile, District The solicitation package will be available for download on or about 16 Feb 2026.The scope of these services is to provide technical support services to meet the USACE Mobile District?s mission objectives. The Contractor will be responsible for determining how best to provide the services/deliverables to the Government. The professional services identified in this PWS include performing tasks and providing deliverables, such as terrestrial and marine archeological investigations, historic architectural services, architectural history, museum support, curation services, Native American Graves Protection and Repatriation Act(NAGPRA) summary and inventory services, Archeological Resources Protection Act (ARPA) summary and inventory services, National Historic Preservation Act?s (NHPA) Section 110 Historic Preservation Management Plans (HPMPs)/Integrated Cultural Resources Management Plans (ICRMPs) and inventory services, Geographic Information System (GIS) and Global Positioning Systems (GPS) services, and historic studies in support of cultural resources investigations. The technical data collected and documented by the Contractor shall provide critical information to be used by USACE Mobile decisionmakers in support of the USACE Mission.The Technical Support Services and deliverables are intended to be comprised of two broad categories of specialty: (1) Archeology, History, Architectural History, and Historic Architecture; and (2) Equipment, Supplies, and other key personnel required to conduct cultural resources services. Services and deliverables should be of high quality, professionally prepared, and delivered in a timely fashion.The requirement will be satisfied through the use of a United States Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), Mobile District awarded IDIQ type professional services SATOC under NAICS code 541720 ?Research and Development in the Social Sciences and Humanities?, as a 100% set aside for Woman Owned Small Business (WOSB) The contract period will be a five-year ordering period for a total contract value of $9,999,999.00. Individual task orders will be negotiated for specific requirements. This contract will be primarily used by the Mobile District (SAM) in support of Cultural Resources services for its customers. However, other Districts within the SAD area of responsibility may utilize this tool as a backup in exigent circumstances if no other suitable contract vehicle is available. The solicitation will only be issued as a direct download at the following website: https://piee.eb.mil. All offerors must be registered in the Procurement Integrated Enterprise Environment (PIEE) before they will be allowed to download solicitation information. The solicitation will not be provided in a printed paper format; however, the Government reserves the right to revert to paper medium when it is determined to be in the Government?s best interest.
