This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Offers are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued.
Solicitation number FA461026Q0015 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for the renewal of ESPRIT Software Licenses.
Period of Performance: 1 year - 27 May 2026 to 28 May 2027
This acquisition is a set-aside for small business concerns. This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses by reference. The full text of provisions and clauses may be accessed electronically at www.acquisition.gov.
Please see the attached SF 1449 solicitation document for contract line-item numbers (CLINs), quantities, units of measure, description of requirements, applicable clauses and provisions, and other information pertinent to this acquisition. Offerors are required to utilize the SF 1449 solicitation document to submit their quote, following the instructions contained therein.
The contract will be a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) per the CLIN structure reflected in the attached SF 1449 RFQ.
All firms or individuals responding must be registered with the System of Award Management (SAM)(https://www.sam.gov). Lack of registration in the SAM will make an offeror ineligible for contract award.
This requirement has a Brand Name Justification for ESPRIT Software Licenses, see Attch 2_Brand Name Justification_ESPRIT.
