Description
The Philadelphia District, United States Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) is requesting proposals for the removal and disposal of objects from within the Delaware River channel of the Trenton to Sea Deep Draft Navigation Project, the Schuylkill River Navigation Project and the C and D Canal along with its approaches. These objects are shallower than the authorized depths of the respective projects and hence pose a potential hazard to navigation. The exact dimensions and material composition of each specific object are not known, but the enclosed sample (0002 Attachment A) chartlet provides the estimates and descriptions of previous object removal efforts conducted in recent years in the Delaware River for offerors reference. In addition, an attachment (0003 Attachment B) provides a graphic map showing the three separate areas to bid on. Objects can shift and exact locations will be verified by US Army Corps of Engineers survey crews prior to removal. The government plans to provide these survey services in support of all object removal efforts. The period of performance of this Single Award Task Order Contract (SATOC) will be five years.

FAQ
How do I use the Market Snapshot?
It summarizes awarded-contract behavior for the opportunity’s NAICS and sector, including a recent pricing band (P10–P90), momentum, and composition. Use it as context, not a guarantee.
Is the data live?
The signal updates as new awarded notices enter the system. Always validate the official award and solicitation details on SAM.gov.
What do P10 and P90 mean?
P10 is the 10th percentile award size and P90 is the 90th percentile. Together they describe the typical spread of award values.
