Description
Aztec Shops seeks proposals from qualified and competent Contractors to provide laundry machine services for various locations at the SDSU campus including but not limited to Chaputepec, Cuicacalli, Huaxyacac, Maya, Olmeca, Piedra Del Sol, South Campus Plaza - North, South Campus Plaza - South, Sunset Plaza, Tenochca, Texcoco, Toltec, University Towers, Villa Alvarado, Zacatepec, Zapotec, Zura, and SDSU-IV Housing. The regular academic calendar runs approximately from the third week in August through the middle of May. Summer session classes are offered Monday to Friday and run from the end of May through approximately the second week of August. Contractor acknowledges and accepts that this RFP and resulting Agreement is non-exclusive. Other service providers may be present and may service Aztec Shops and SDSU. Contractor may service the buildings and scope outlined herein which may be updated from time to time in the sole discretion of Aztec Shops.
