Description:
The U.S. Government currently occupies retail and related space in a building under lease that will be expiring.  The Government is considering alternate space if economically advantageous.  In making this determination, the government will consider, among other things, the availability of alternate space that potentially can satisfy the government’s requirements, as well as costs likely to be incurred through relocating, such as physical move costs, replication of tenant improvements and telecommunication infrastructure, and non-productive agency downtime.
The Government requires a full-service lease for:

  • A minimum of 971 rentable square feet (RSF) and a maximum of 971 RSF of retail office space for a U.S. Armed Forces Career Center
  • Lease term not to exceed five (5) years with Government termination rights
  • Located within a defined delineated area in Selma, CA

  • Designated on-site parking for up to three (3) government vehicles must be provided on a 24 hours 7 day a week basis

FAQ

How do I use the Market Snapshot?

It summarizes awarded-contract behavior for the opportunity’s NAICS and sector, including a recent pricing band (P10–P90), momentum, and composition. Use it as context, not a guarantee.

Is the data live?

The signal updates as new awarded notices enter the system. Always validate the official award and solicitation details on SAM.gov.

What do P10 and P90 mean?

P10 is the 10th percentile award size and P90 is the 90th percentile. Together they describe the typical spread of award values.
