Description
Update 3/23/2026: Amendment 5 is issued to provide answers to questions submitted, revise the solicitation, and revise the project statement of works. Changes to the solicitation are highlighted. This solicitation is extended to 23 March 2026. All questions submitted have been considered and answers provided; duplicates and similar questions have been combined.
Update: 3/12/2026: This solicitation is extedend to 23 March 2026 at 11:59 PM EST to allow additional time for the Government to answer questions.
Update 3/6/2026: The Government is in the final review of the Q&A's and revisions to the solicitation. Once this review is complete, the amendment will be issued here on SAM.gov. Another extension is expected based on when the amendment can be published. Thank you for your continued interest and patience.

This is a 100% 8(a) small business set-aside to establish a multiple-award indefinite delivery indefinite quantity (IDIQ) firm-fixed price construction contract.
The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, quality control and other items and non-personal services necessary to perform facilities alteration, repair, maintenance, & minor construction of infrastructure, facilities, and interior/exterior utility systems under a multiple award task order contract (MATOC). Requirements under this contract will include alteration, repair, maintenance, minor construction, demolition of interior and exterior real property, utility systems, grounds improvements, pavements, installation of new equipment, and any other work covered by the Unified Facilities Guide Specifications (UFGS), and the design and engineering work required of such requirements for the Letterkenny Army Depot (LEAD) and any of its tenant organizations or customers. This contract shall not be used for construction work that meets the threshold or requirement for Military Construction (MILCON) appropriations.
