Marine Force Reserves has a requirement for non-personal services to provide full-time support in the area of small boat maintenance and operations across (5) geographically separate boat lockers within 4th Marine Division: San Antonio, TX, Marine Corps Base Hawaii, Alameda, CA, Smyrna, GA, and Mobile, AL. The primary duty location is aboard Fort Sam Houston at the 4th Reconnaissance Battalion Headquarters and Service Company (H&S Co) Home Training Center (HTC) in San Antonio, TX.
