Description
The Office of Management and Enterprise Services (OMES) Central Purchasing division is seeking responses on behalf of the Oklahoma State Department of Education (OSDE) to provide support to the Office of Special Education Services State in its obligations under the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (IDEA) and the IDEA’s implementing regulations (IDEA Regulations). The IDEA Regulations require that the State must, within 60 days, carry out an investigation and issue a written decision to address each allegation in the State complaint. This contract will ensure that the State meets the federally required 60-day timeline between submission of a State Complaint and the State’s decision, which is required under 34 CFR §300.151-153, and allowable under 34 CFR§300.704(3). A contract resulting from this solicitation may be designated for use as a statewide contract. See 74 O.S. § 85.5(G)(3). The contract is awarded on behalf of the OSDE for Technical Assistance and Professional Development related to Investigation and Written Decisions for State Complaints.

The signal updates as new awarded notices enter the system. Always validate the official award and solicitation details on SAM.gov.
What do P10 and P90 mean?
P10 is the 10th percentile award size and P90 is the 90th percentile. Together they describe the typical spread of award values.
