Description

Vermont Army National Guard (VTARNG) has a requirement for rental and laundering of flame retardant garments, and shop towels to be provided to six maintenance facilities located throughout Vermont. The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and quality control necessary to provide, launder, and deliver flame retardant garments and shop towels, as set forth in the attached Performance Work Statement (PWS). The government intends to evaluate offers and award a contract without discussions therefore vendor initial offers should contain the best terms. However, the government reserves the right to conduct discussions if later determined by the contracting officer to be necessary. For details see attached documents.
