Description
This is a SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE for market research and planning purposes only. The 633d Contracting Squadron is seeking capable sources for a requirement to provide comprehensive inspection, testing, maintenance, and repair services for the fire training facilities at Langley AFB, Virginia.
The facilities include the Large Frame (LF) and Small Frame (SF) Aircraft Fire Training Facilities (AFTF), and the Structural Fire Training Facility (SFTF). The contractor will be responsible for providing all supplies, equipment, and qualified personnel to ensure the facilities remain serviceable and operationally effective, in compliance with all applicable standards.
The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this requirement is 541350 (Building Inspection Services), with a corresponding small business size standard of $11.5M.
The Government anticipates releasing a Request for Quote (RFQ) on or about April 15, 2026, with an award on or about April 30, 2026.
Interested parties are invited to submit a capabilities package addressing the questions in the attached "Sources Sought Notice" document. The package should not exceed 8 pages.
