Description

This is a Request for Qualifications for Small and Medium-Sized Composting Facilities Environmental Impact Report, DRR25046.The Contractor shall develop a Program Environmental Impact Report (PEIR) to assess the environmental impacts associated with siting and development of small and medium compostable material handling facilities and operations throughout the state of California in compliance with the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA). The Contractor shall develop a risk assessment that identifies and addresses issues associated with specific waste streams and the potential impacts to public health, safety, and the environment. Identify and recommend Best Management Practices (BMP) associated with small and medium composting facilities and operations. IMPORTANT: All Solicitations must be submitted through the electronic bid system Vendor Submission Portal.
