SOURCES SOUGHT (MARKET SURVEY):
The National Park Service (NPS) is conducting a market survey to determine the interest and capability of contractors for a possible upcoming project. All costs associated with providing information in response to this market survey shall be the responsibility of the firm. Any information submitted is voluntary. The Contracting Officer will make an acquisition strategy determination based on the results of this market survey.
Prime contractors interested in working at Gateway Arch National Park the work will consist of:
At the grounds building the work will consist of the following: One new boiler will be installed to provide heat to both reheat and radiant floor system with a heat exchanger installed to lower the water temperature for the radiant in floor system. At the Arch complex, the cooling tower will be replaced by a new 800 T counterflow cooling tower, as part of the project, new condenser water pumps will be installed. We anticipate that work would begin in Fall 2026.
