The United States Secret Service has a requirement for high-visibility wearable armbands conforming to the specifications outlined in the attached Request for Quotes 70US0926Q70092629 and Attachment 1 - Specifications.
Submission of a functional prototype is required for award consideration. The prototype will be evaluated to ensure compliance with technical specifications and quality standards, and to demonstrate the vendor’s capability to deliver the proposed solution. Please refer to the RFQ for shipping deails.

Quote Submission Deadline: Quotes shall be received in writing via email to the Contracting Specialist at melissa.chabot@usss.dhs.gov and the Contracting Officer Jade Gaston at jade.gaston@usss.dhs.gov no later than 11:00 AM Eastern Standard Time (EST), February 20, 2026.
