Description
This is a REQUEST FOR PREPROPOSALS (White Paper) UNDER THE "CWMD BOTAA-24-01." (Please follow the steps for submission that are attached in the BOTAA). The government intends to award one or more Other Transaction Agreements (OTA) authorized by statue 10 USC 4022.
