The purpose of amendment 0002 is to (1) Provide the Government's response to questions, (2) Update the numbering of Section 6 - Basis of Award and Evalution of Quotes, (3) Updated Section 4 and Appendix B of the SOO, and (4) Extend the Soliciation to February 6, 2026 by 5 PM, ET.  See attached Amendment 0002 for full details.

The General Services Administration  (GSA) appreciates your interest in Solicitation number: 47QMCA26Q0021 for Vehicle Data Standardization attributes that will enable GSA Fleet to improve data integrity and streamline vehicle data intake by obtaining standardized vehicle attribute data for government vehicles. The Government anticipates establishing one or more blanket purchase agreements with a period of performance of five (5) years.  

This solicitation is for commercial service prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.201-1(3), as supplemented with additional information included in this notice.
