Description: The 502d Contracting Squadron has a one time buy requirement for the purchase of 1,900 Apple iPad mini 7th Generation Tablet 128 GB with wi-fi only and Otterbox cases with a firmed fixed price contract vat JBSA-Lackland, San Antonio, Texas. Submittal of Questions: Questions may be submitted in writing to the Contracting office. Please submit all relevant and related questions to Andrew Ng at andrew.ng.4@us.af.mil. The deadline for submitting questions will be Wednesday, 04 Febuary 2026 at 4:00 PM Central Daylight Time. No questions beyond this deadline will be accepted. Following the deadline the Government will compile all appropriate/relevant questions to the requirement and follow up with vendors with all questions and answers.

Quote Requirements: Quote should be submitted by email to Andrew Ng at
andrew.ng.4@us.af.mil no later than Friday, 20 February 2026 at 4:00 PM Central Daylight Time. Quote must include unit and extended prices. Any quote, modification, revision, or withdrawal of a quote received after the exact time specified above shall be determined as late and will not be considered unless received before award is made, the Contracting Officer determines that accepting the late quote would not unduly delay the acquisition, and it was the only quote received.
