Description of Requirement The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) has a requirement for a Firm-Fixed-Price contract to provide all supervision, labor, equipment, and supplies for the comprehensive operations and maintenance (O&M) of the Electric Dispersal Barrier System (EDBS) located on the Chicago Sanitary and Ship Canal (CSSC) in Romeoville, IL. Period of Performance: Base Period of 12 months, plus three (3) 12-month Option Periods. Place of Performance: Chicago Sanitary and Ship Canal (CSSC), Romeoville, IL 3. Submission Deadlines Questions Due: All questions must be submitted via email to the points of contact below no later than 7 January 2026 at 1:00 PM Central Time.
